Default Clutch

I hope I’m in the correct section for this. A customer has a 1993 RS America with what he says is a hot 3.8L that was purchased as is. It has a very stiff and full engage racing clutch in it. He would like to street the car more but still have plants of clutch in it. What clutch do you guys recommend? Or at least a reliable company for me to call and ask?
thanks!

"Clutch slave cylinder for all air-cooled Porsche 911 Carrera from 1986 and all Carrera 2 and Carrera 4 models of types 964 and 993. With our clutch slave cylinder for the Porsche 911, the foot force used when clutching is reduced by approx. 30%.
This significantly increases driving comfort, as engaging the clutch is noticeably more comfortable"

Is the car drivable with the clutch it's just very heavy? If so, try the MPL cylinder, it makes a big difference. I run the 964RS LWFW + the 997RS 4.0 PP/Clutch in my 964 with the MPL cylinder. It's heavy but not overly so. Very progressive feel and fun to drive.

If he has a multi plate Tilton style clutch it acts like an on/off switch. You should be able to tell by looking in through the window on the side of the trans. The tilton clutch is only 5" IIRC in dia. They used these in the cup cars and some racers used them as well. The standard RS clutch should do fine even for a hot 3.8. Otherwise as others said the MPL does help. I also have the braided hose Black_Hat posted makes for a nice feel.
