Default Sticky seats

My passenger seat no longer wants to move freely fore and aft even when I lift the handle really hard. It feels like it's sticking and needs some lubricant. Anybody have any suggestions?

You might want to check to see if there are any obstructions in the seat rails. I had that problem and found some loose change caught in between the railings which restricted forward/rearward movement s.

Good thought to check for obstruction. Otherwise, first I'd apply some grease front and back and see if that works it's way to loosen things up. If not, it's easy to use an allen hex wrench and remove the bolts in front and back holding the sliders to the floor. If you disconnect the electrical connector, you can easily remove the seat from the car to grease the sliders. When reinstalling the seat slider bolts, I use blue Loctite to ensure the bolts don't work their way loose over time.
