Is this a decent deal?

I sent a email to the dealer asking about leaks, clutch, etc. and this is what I got back.
So this car is starting to look better as far as the maintenance issues.
I have the hard copy's all leaks were fixed new clutch new tires a/c serviced and it still has soom time left on an extened warranty from the Porsche dealership.

One sick day would be well spent for the mental holiday you'll receive upon a clean bill of health PPI. If it comes back negative the money you save may be your own...

And the drama continues...
After a year of looking I found the car. I was going to leave tonight for Houston. Now I need to see if they'll hold the car another two weeks while I deal with insurance adjusters and contractors. The big old elm in front of the house blew down in one of the the midwest storms yesterday and into the house. Something tells me that the wife would not be a happy camper if I take off for a couple of days to get a car. Mother nature at her finest. I'll post a pic when I get home.
