Been working on this conversion for about 2 years. Lot of custom hand glass work. Know that this is not everyone’s flavor but posting pics for those that enjoy conversions. Still have a fair amount of little things to do to finish. Also have to put liner in hardtop and make rear mounts for it.

Maybe not what I would do but I think it's cool that you took it so far. Lots of elements of other great 911s in it and it is clear that a lot of work went into it. Enjoy it in good health!

Clearly a ton of work on display here. This might be a case where you could add through subtraction. For example - there's allot of detail in the interior and the custom exterior panels. I think the third color in the exterior paint scheme (grey, black, yellow) distracts from the other things you've done. I'd take the yellow out of the exterior. You might find over time that simplification of the front and rear body treatment would be more in line with the smoother lines of the car. It's kind of like putting a really fancy frame on a masterpiece work of art. If the art is good, the frame can become a distraction.

Impressive amount of work.

I'd love to see it with a chopped speedster-style windshield. A good local hot-rod shop should be able to fabricate it.

It’s different and quite eye opening. Projects are personal and there are definitely things I like about your build and others that are not my taste, but that’s what makes a build like this so different.

I have been thinking about fender venting on my own project. Are the front fenders functionally vented or they are enclosed I can’t tell from the pics. No worries about the rears as they are not trapping any air or

Can you explain the cutouts behind the rear wheels? Interested to learn if there’s a functional component there. I can very much appreciate the time and work that went into this.

The cut out behind the front wheels is to allow the escape of air from the front fender well. This reduces a possibility of lift. This was an early idea and serves the same purpose as the vents on the front fenders of the newer GT3RS.

Those cutouts are reminiscent of the the old rsr cars. Car looks cool, except for the closeout panels on the rear, looks like an afterthought.
