Terrific work!!! The layout is simple - and very well illustrated with photo captions that are very easily found.... And Arjan's comments are really well ordered and thought out..!!!

Overall - TERRIFIC JOB!!!!! Yikes - that's got to be a lot of work to organize it all - congratulations!!!
