Default Help! First time bleeder.

Hi All, I hope to bleed the hydraulic system completely on my 1991,911/964, C4, TT (after market), 5 speed. Using a 2 quart Motive system and a PDT999. I am following RicardoD's, 12/29/2011 format (love it)! Beginning with and in order: 1.calipers, rr, lr, fr, fl, (outer nipple first). 2.Clutch slave cylinder top of tyranny near rr axel. 3.accumulator (bomb)under front hood.
4.Dual solenoid valve block, under front hood. 5.transverse lock, passenger side of tranny, in front of rear axel.
6.Longitudinal lock, far end of transmission, toward front of car, driver's side. Need PDT999 for 5&6.
Will suction master cylinder, leaving enough fluid to prevent air entry, to speed the process up. Will use "wet" method, to avoid constantly filling master cylinder, and need for releasing pressure at Motive every time master cylinder would need filling. I understand the need to use the "bleed bottles" to catch the old excess fluid. I think that I also understand the process of disconnecting the hydraulic pump and reconnecting it as needed to bleed #3&4. I will purchase 2 liters of type 4, brake fluid, 2 colors if possible. Any thing alse? Many thanks! Green bleeder. Spend911$

Looks good. Don't forget to pinch the brake fluid reservoir overflow tube.

Ha, I keep a post it on my bleeder to remind me of this after making a mess of my garage floor twice now. I’m accustomed to the 993.

Use proper brake wenches, and not regular metric wrenches.
For the clutch and transmission bleeders, use a closed 7mm. That makes it easier to me to control the flow.
