does anyone know of 964s with, say, a gemballa build or some such...an early days 're-imagining' as it were....i also have a call in to the gemballa GmbH, though i don't expect much will come of it.....
i ask because my lovely blue C2 with many gemballa logo'd parts has piqued some friends' interest, friends who are well versed in all that is luftgekuhlt, and now my interest is also peeked-up...and he/they are pretty sure the motor has been peeked into, anyway, i'd like to know more and would be interested to know what else is 'out there', information-wise, and fortunately, the car is, shall we say relatively unscathed as far as having any of the kind of radical mods that gemballa has been noted for...ahh, a pic or 2...if i can figure it out...

sorry about the large pics but it is a porsche...and the mirrors and wheels are unique as far as i can tell, and it is originally an ex-japan car, by way of great britain

 

and i am told it is definitely stronger than a stock 250PS 964.....they say...and i have no frame of reference to compare....

 

I can tell you that if it was bored or stroked, nobody told the DVLA. Which is fair enough, because they're wankstains.

 

so, what is DVLA, and wankstain? don't know what it is, but doesn't sound good...tell me, but i have to say it has been nothing but reliable and strong so far...
