Default Side marker light boots

So I'm piecing together new lights for the front bumper which has all mostly worked out ok but the side marker lights on the side of the front bumper have fittings for bulbs.
I cannot find the bulb holders or the rubber dust boots anywhere, PET does show the holder but does not give a part number and cannot find the dust boots at all.
I have remnants of one dust boot but no part number on it unfortunately.

There are only two plugs per side for the indicators/markers.
One is for the fog lights, other is the indicator light ( I have a clear lenses so an orange bulb).
The yellow circled bit/lens has room for a bulb but there is no plug. RHD car, RoW.

Have found a couple of pics and zoomed in a little on the plug.
Hope it helps.

There are at least 2 different headlight wire bundles. The bundles plug in near the horn/oil cooler area and continue to the headlight bucket. ROW cars that have city lights, don't have side marker lights. ROW side marker lenses don't have holes for bulbs are just reflectors.
