Default Replacing ICV

Hi,quick question. When replacing the ICV, should I disconnect the battery and reset the DME?

Either way I'd do an adaptation after you replace it. Certainly can't hurt to disconnect the battery as well.

Hey, thanks for the reply. I figure since it's a part of the engine control system, it may have some effect on the DME. So a dodgy old one might have different values in the DME than a new one.
