Default C2 Brake Vacuum Booster issue

I am trying to solve an isue with my '90 C2 vacuum booster that is getting worse. I had the booster rebuild a few years ago so I don't think (but not sure) it's the booster. When braking, I lose boost at random intervals and the brakes suddenly go hard. After a few minutes, everything is back to "normal" but I fear I am not sure any more what normal feels like. I do get a high pitch whistle when coasting so I think I may have a vacuum leak somewhere between the manifold and the booster. I get marginal vacuum at the manifold but have not measure at the booster yet - it's cold in Chicago at the moment.
So my question, does anyone have a schematic of the vacuum line from the manifold to the booster in the front. Is it all flex line and where are possible points of failure?

Thanks!

their is a plastic tube that go's from engine to booster. It's in the tunnel I found mine to be cracked.

If you look on DCautocatalog you can pull up the parts schematic , as prior poster mentioned I believe that is a hard plastic tube running through the tunnel that meets two rubber hose lengths on each end that have junctions to the engine and the booster , likely one of the junctions or the line itself has a crack...Bert

Thank you. Just order the parts and as soon as it gets a little warmer in the garage I'll take a look. I see more and more fatigue failures but that's to be expected- and we haven't even talked about the car yet. 😊
