I got an email from John Desmond. He told me that Lenz (some guy with the last name of Lenz and his boss) had been real busy, but that he would be back in the US and do my car the first of May. Send me an email to:

if you want to get into touch with him about a Lenz system for your car. I have his email address in Germany at the above email address on my work computer.

I still don't think they have done one in the US. I hope the bugs are worked out, but have a feeling my car will be test bed in some senses.

Great news Doug. I had already almost given up hope of them ever replying to my emails and had been exploring the TAG system (someone's investigating that for me) and back to the Autronic system.

Keep us posted! This should be fun.

Let me know if you are aware of any alternatives. I am not necessarily dead set on the Lenz system. It is really just the only thing I know about like this and I am open to suggestions.

The autronics system is really good but it doesn't come with base maps hence i need to have a good tuner which i don't in my country. Only looked at lenz because of the preprogrammed base maps and use of existing wire loom
