Question Part Number Required - Sunroof

Hi all,

The other afternoon one of the wind deflector supports snapped and now needs replacing.

Not sure how best to describe the part but its the plastic part that clips onto the end of the wind deflector and pushes it back down as the sunroof closes.

I forgot to check if the part is identical on both sides but I am thinking about replacing both as a precaution anyway.

Thanks,

Jim.

Give Design911 a call. I needed an odd part from them the other week & they faxed across the PET diagram so I could choose the part!

Andy,

Will do, thanks for the advice. Christer, I'll let you know the details once I receive them.

I just replaced those and they were 6 bucks each at the dealer. They even had them in stock! Common failure item.

I Know I have posted this part number twice fairly recently, its 911 564 123 00 and you need two of them.

As for tips on how to replace...well it just slides on!

This thread has the parts diagram

(I knew I could find it if I looked hard enough! )
