Yes, exactly!
No more failed or worn bushings! We can't stand bushings here at Numeric, we run on bearings. No drilling or fabrication required either! We mount right onto the existing holes for the shift bellow. Fully reversible mod.

Sadly, this shifter will not work for any 4 wheel drive. Doesn't mean we won't ever make one though!

What's the additional effort like when using the shifter? One of my peeves about some aftermarket shifters is how the effort required to execute shifts can be dramatically increased and/or effort is not linear between gears. I completely understand that the effort may go up due to changes in leverage, pivot points, etc. but just wanted to see if the additional effort can be quantified/measured or compared to other aftermarket shifter options.
