There is currently a 1993 964 America Roadster listed on BaT. Based on my limited internet research, there are a few questions I have about this listing. First, was there an option to have the rear deck lid script as "America Roadster", as I have only found images with "Roadster" or blank online. Second is the question of the model year. I found one source that showed there was a C2 widebody convertible available in both 1992 and 1993, but the "America Roadster" was only in 1992. Would appreciate any insight from the well educated community.

I would be cautious of that one. Says TMU and IMO it has far more miles than noted and I suspect possible panel replacement. For the right price it might be worthwhile but I would have a PPI done if possible.

 

Seems like mine just said "Roadster" .

Also, pretty sure they came stock with single exhaust.
