So... it can be done. Goughary has done it (I provided some measuring assistance and moral support).
It is not easy, and it requires very carefully drilling out of spot welds on the rear quarter window frame. However, it is doable.

The car that has the windows is another Rennlist member Hedr, you can hit him up for photos and such...
Short answer as above- yes it's doable. Not for the faint of heart. And 100% if you give the car to a shop to do the work- bird dog them from the beginning to the end. There is a lot to be done and you don't want anyone cutting corners.
I have a set waiting for me here to do on my own car. But to do it right, it's a huge job. So I'm waiting till i have all windows out and no headliner.
