Disappointed I missed you at Waterford Park for DRT cars & coffee. I was looking forward to seeing this up close. We always see you in the Grove driving past each other.

Every second Thursday of the month we do a Porsche meet at Beat Culture Brewery near the miami airport, would be great if you passed by

I didn't even hear about the show until it was already sold out. I parked in a garage. Only one other rubystone car in the entire field! I was at the cars & coffee but the parking was spread out. It was a nice parade coming in there.

Come by the brewery. In the Porsche group chat (@vintage.vices) people post pictures when they spot you.

Hi, I am ready to pull the trigger, and wondering if any one could help confirm that this is the entity that you have transfered money is as above, just in case

Entity : SARL POLYPIECES
Location (Domiciliation) : LA BAULE
SWIFT BIC : TARNFR2L
Connecting BIC : NORDFRPP

Thanks in advance. Again, the language bit makes it a bit challenging for the transaction and hope anyone who had transferred money to them could confirm the above.

You have a couple of typos in your SWIFT and BIC but that is the same as what I used.

@gccch Great pics and notes of your installation! Questions for you:
1. How's the top holding up now after a year of use?
2. What is the estimate of your total $ spent including painting, needed Porsche parts, shipping etc?
3. What is the estimate of your total labor hours that you did to install everything?
4. Is d.moris the only company that makes a hard top kit for the 993?

BTW: I found two 2018 DIY videos for the dmorris hardtop on youtube.
Part 1 shows removal of soft top
Part 2 shows installation of hard top

Those would have been helpful videos. I did not find those when I was searching for guidance. My top is holding up very nicely. I spent about $1200 for install of glass, paint and final fitting. I did some of the prep work (removal of soft top and initial positioning of hardtop. I left the seals for after paint so the shop did those. Then I revised some of what they did. I didn't really consider my hours. It was a fin project but the shipping was a pain and worrisome. There were some wrong and missing parts. I think the only other top is the genuine Porsche product. Not sure about that.

Awesome find on those videos! AND Thanks to whomever made them!

These videos will be very helpful as I want to do what you did - remove the soft top and start to fit the hard top prior to bodyshop.

ok thanks for the further details. It's good to hear the kit is working well for you. I don't think Porsche ever made a removable hard top for the 993?

Adding to this great thread. I'm mounting on early cab with J hook type latch. Plan on adding DP stripes to hide seam between top and car. Added some photo shop images for ref below.

Hello, just curious, what parts were you able to retain and reuse from the Cabriolet top? or did you all have to buy new gaskets/seals/support rails etc....?
