To answer your original question, I bet you could sell it tomorrow for $55k. I also wouldn't be surprised if someone was planning a similar build was willing to pay $78k, as Im sure you have much more than that into it.

I would never pay a premium or consider buying any 3.8L sleeved motor on 0 miles. Maybe a bored motor from a reputable shop with some miles and PPI. That's just me.

I was under the impression they're new Mahle 3.8 cyls, not sleeves. I agree with the sentiment of hesitation toward buying a 0 mile motor regardless. But for the right price, send the motor to whoever you want to have it reassembled by a trustworthy person, and you'd still save a fortune.
