Hi, I have read threads on how to remove the rearblower motor in the engine bay but don't understand the benefits bar saving a bit of weight and making the engine bay look nice. RS look etc.
Will the internal heating be as effective if this is removed? Does it cool the car more effectively stuck in traffic?
My car will be used for normal driving and not on the race track.

Currently the rearblower does not work however I think I have figured out why its not working, trying to decide on whether to fix it or delete it.

Are you happy with the heat in your car with the broken blower? If so, just remove it. I live in So Cal. I pretty much NEVER use a heater and pretty much ALWAYS run my A/C so it was an easy choice for me to get rid of that blower.

I have just bought the car so not sure how much heat I need, I live in Ireland so will probably need as much as possible for those few sunny winter runs it will get. A bit of a different climate to California, which is on my bucket list for a driving holiday.

Well in that case, maybe just hold off on making a decision for a bit. Drive it in some cooler weather - maybe at night and see how just the dash fans work for you. Then you will know to either repair it or remove it.
