Default Rear Wiper Blade Installation

Hi all.

I am going to file this under the questions I am embarrassed to ask but i have already broken one of these special little clips that have to come from Germany so when the replacement gets here I would like to know how to do this correctly.

When doing a quarantine clean last week the rear wiper blade came off in my hand when pulling wiper up to clean the back window. In trying to put the blade back on the little clip broke That is when I found out that all the replacement blades rely on you keeping that clip. After some searching I found a clip that has to come from Germany and was wondering if anyone could help describe how to clip the wiper blade back onto the rear wiper.
Thank you all for your help.
Ryan

What clip is broken? When I look at PET's exploded view, I don't see a clip on the rear wiper assembly. Am I missing it? Maybe a photo would help.

Looks complicated! May I suggest a weight saving rear wiper delete?

If I'm not mistaken, that clip comes with the purchase of a new wiper blade. Its an adapter to fit our cars.

Pelican at least had a note saying that the original clip had to be reused and I could not find the clip as an individual part:

But I was able to find just the clip at AutoAtlanta:

I think once I have a clip that isnt 26 years old I should be able to get it on there. I was just wondering if I was attaching it incorrectly since the old clip broke so easily.
