I'm Alexis, 31. My father and I have been into Porsches for a while (he used to own a 911 2.4S)
So we recently bought a 964 cabrio in Germany. The car was originally from Japan.
Here are some pictures I took before we had the new licence plates.

It's a C2 from 1992, 92600 km. It was first sold in Japan, then imported to Germany in 2010. We chose a tiptronic gearbox for my dad; he is in a wheelchair because of a motorcycle accident (a car hitting him from behind while at a red light), and this way he can enjoy it as soon as the manual brake is fitted.
The interior is not red, but magenta. I think the hood has been replaced in a different color, what do you think ?

Welcome, Alexis. I also have a '92 Cabriolet Tip. Horizon Blue Metallic over Grey interior with a dark blue top. You and your Dad have some great drives and stay well. Keep us posted on the new ride. The 964 has become the sweet spot of the air cooled 911 family.

​​​This car is the first tiptronic I drive, and I am really surprised. We have a Mercedes SL, and in comparison, the gearbox is really old fashioned.

 

I really like this color combo too ! At first, I was not really fond of the interior color, but I must admit that I got really used to it during our drive back from Germany, and now I love it !
