Leakdown - what do bad results mean?

They look aweful inmy opinion and tank additives are probably not the solution to the problem here if they are ever the solution. You may eve be getting leakage around the rings with numbers that high.

Joe: I think Techtron in fuel as an additive is ok - I think it's when you dump a bottle of it in a tank that it can cause problems. I agree that it could have been a problem with dirt in the intake, but that wasn't the indication that I was given. I guess we shall never know.
With regards to the compression values, they don't look too good, and it pretty obvious that one cylinder has a problem. I would suspect that a top end rebuild is required (which will fix both valves and rings).
Is it using oil? that may be an indication that the rings are worn. How well does it run?
