Hi,

Does anyone know if the AC condenser fan motor and the oil cooler fan motor are the same? They look identical. If they are different, please let me know the difference. I want to replace my oil cooler motor fan with one from the AC condenser.

I can't say if they are interchangeable... what I can say is that they have two different part numbers. I also checked visually, since my car has no front bumper now... and they do look the same.

One has a part number on my fans and the other doesn't... so I can't check that for sure either.

They're interchangeable. Dansk replacements aren't expensive though. After 30 years, most of these fans are probably pulling more amps than they should, the bearings wear out and make the motor work harder (and your wiring and alternator).
