Can someone confirm the transmission mount nuts are 30 foot pounds? Or point if you can point me to a source for toque spec on 964 that would be great.

I'm seeing 30 some places and 34 for others and it looks like the bolts on the transmission support bracket are also the same torque spec.

I don't want to over do this the torque and mess up the transmission case.

I use two sources for my bolt torques. The factory workshop manual has most and the Bentley 964 Technical Data is my other.


Can you be more specific on which bolts you need to tighten? There are several different size bolts on the transmission.

Rob these are the ones on the side of the C4 trans where the bushing bolts to the trans.


I remember 34 being correct. But i don't have it in front of me.
