Default PS Pressure hose replacement

A leaking pressure hose replacement & flush with Dex 111 ...pics. Air box removed.

New hoses

Old hose. Lots of rags essential underneath.

Disconnected. Remove Banjo bolt and copper sealing rings.

Disconnect the pressure hose.

New copper seal washers

New pressure hose installed

13mm & 16mm hose for the flush. I used an irrigation joiner for the 13mm pipe.

The flush. Takes about 30 seconds with the engine running.

All back together. No leaks.

Good to see. Did mine a couple of years back. Important to torque up to correct value the high pressure banjo union too. Often a culprit for small and unseen drips.
