Default Brake question

Hello. I have a 1993 911 c2. When the car is off I press the brake pedal and it was a little resistance but half way down I feel a pop and the pedal goes to the floor. It does compress back up but it doesn’t compress the calipers. When I open the nipple on master and someone pressure the brake I get no flow out.
turn the car on and press the brake and it goes straight to the floor and stays there. No brakes.
i attach the power bleeder and honestly went around 15 times and bleed everything with no air bubbles.
does this sound like a bad master or air in the abs or something else.
Thanks for any help

+1 - If the pedal goes all the way to the floor, you have a bad master cylinder.
