I attended the LA Lit meet this weekend as I do every year, usually I find some fun items, but I found something I was REALLY excited about and figured my pals on Rennlist would go nuts over it as well....
It's a MY1991 Porsche travel case packed with actual samples of every exterior color, leather, upholstery and carpet. These are ACTUAL pieces of paint, carpet, leather, etc! The case had never been used and all the rare an unusual colors and fabrics are there! I hope you all enjoy!
i went to the porsche website to try to spec and order... but dammit i couldn't find 964... DOHHHHHHHHH!!!!
Too funny! Sadly I think some people shopping for 964's think the factory is still open. Usually their post is something like this:

Attention 964 Buyers... The 964 factory officially closed in 1994....
I would imagine PTS colors won’t be on there. I don’t see Stone Grey on there either, I know it was only painted for years 89/90 so perhaps this sample book is for the later years? Could be that I missed it too
You may be missing one, my special order paint color. Emerald green Metallic.
Paint to Sample wouldn’t be included, but you somewhere in my stash I have the similar sample book for 1974 that does have emerald green metallic in it.

yes that was “my dream build”: Maritime Blue, full blue leather and carpets with Cobalt blue studio cloth seat inserts...
