Default Plastic undertray?

I seem to have a strange flapping noise when I hit 65-70 mph from underneath the car.

Looking underneath the car there seems to be a plastic panel hanging low.

Anyone come accross this and is it an easy fix?

Would be easiest to take it in and put it on a lift and check for missing screws. Probably a fairly easy fix.

If its one of the 2 plastic front undertray pieces that make up the boomerang shape, then its held on by two or 3 scews at the back (look under the wheel arch) and 5 or 6 along the front. Coincidentally I just bought the two pieces this week($120 each) and they arrived yesterday - I am thinking of fitting them tonight. One thing to note is that the screws screw up into those flat clips that slide onto the bumper - they get bent up and therefore you may want to replace them to ensure a snug fit.
