Don't want to sound harsh but when you read between the lines on the ad for the wb black car it sounds like a polished turd! Couldn't be bothered to paint in the door shuts or even fix all the things that don't work on the car before sale! Why hasn't the damage to the boot floor been fixed?! I'm hoping there are wheel arch liners to go in there as they aren't fitted in the picture, but it wouldn't suprise me if the owner didn't want to pay for them as the rest of the car looks half heartedly done and doing a wb conversion is not cheap if done right! As I said, looks great on the outside but I suspect not underneath. Buy the white one, no comparison, it's worth way more!

These cars are so opposite of one another. It's really going to come down to the type of car you want. The stock one looks cherry and you probably wouldn't want to do any irreversible mods to it and the other will give you the freedom to do anything really. I honestly see the appeal with both, but for me, I would probably want something in the middle of these two. Regardless, beautiful cars in their own rights.

I've driven the white C2 (before tarek got it aligned and setup properly) and it's a really nice tight driving car. I'd look at that one. The BAT car isn't interesting to me.

I think BaT is hit or miss, but from every single review I've seen of people that have bought cars from Tarek, they've been extremely well represented and fairly priced. I don't see how you would NOT buy one of his cars.

I think thats a little harsh, the seller on the BAT car is a respected body shop & well known for his work, i would absolutely not call his car a "polished turd" These cars are 30 years old and don't have to be "perfect" & "pure" the car on BAT serves a purpose & is a very appealing car to a certain type of buyer (which there are many of) Also he's spent a lot of money & time on it, i think its a great car overall from what i see at least

If the next owner wants to go all out with motor, brakes and suspension, they will have one of the best hotrods in the country.

I like the looks of the blk one, but not as clean as the white one, I would go with the white one

The black car is going to sell at a price that wont be worth bothering with. I agree with several people's assessment of the car in that it's not as well done as it appears.
That being the case Tarek's cars are usually solid cars and he does spend the money to make them right. I personally wouldn't pay anywhere near the asking price, but that's just me. The price would have to start with a 5 for me to even consider it. The last couple of C2's on BAT with over 100k on them had a starting number with a 5.

imho good cars are worth paying a little over market for, esp. for a clean, well done 30 year old car that are rare and becoming more and more so each year
some folks just don't feel good unless they get a 'bargain' on the price they pay ... but quite often the 'bargains' at point of purchase are the most expensive cars once all needs are met by a discriminating owner
especially in the hot 964 c2 market, bargain hunters may enjoy their extended process of searching evaluating and criticizing, but they don't actually get to enjoy owning driving the cars
