And there are car shows there all the time.
Not a big endeavor to get it, which Patrick and Jeff take pride in.

The Petersen and Experience center are generic car show venues. I would only expect better from the Luft crew.

Not sure but they do have a school of pharmacology. From what I can see the brick looks newer on the campus buildings but I’m still digging

Oxygen/Oil has to be referring to Air-cooled engines.
Historic Drug Stores and Fountain shops keeps sending me to Fair Oaks Pharmacy in South Pasadena.
But there is no mixture of brick and concrete in that area.

Paramount or warner bros back lot? That's my guess. I have ZERO inside information.
Went to an event at one of those, can't recall which it was, and def. has that vibe.
Who even has real back lots anymore? Many of them were torn down/or burned down. I think it's just warner, paramount, and universal now, maybe sony?. The paramount ranch burned down in the fall...

A studio back lot would be epic and certainly a perfect venue for this type of event. With Patrick's connections and the Porsche fans in the industry I would think it wouldn't be difficult to get the right persons ear to book one of these places.
