Afternoon

Years ago i got carrera cup 1 replicas for my 1987 911 from http://www.pwsukdirect.com/ sorry i have forgotten the brand name but they were well made and balanced up very well.

Man they looked good and they arrived from the UK quickly and were a great price.

They might be helpful to you.

Thank you Andy. I've just never seen the square spoke cup wheels like the one I posted in 18 inch before. Apparently they come from Japan that's all I could find out so far.

most 8.5 fronts are ET40-48
most 10 rears are Et44-47

a spacers thickness subtracted from the ET gives installed ET

thats a pretty lame looking cup wheel

augment looks more like the “non cup” cup wheels that people try to pass off as “cup” wheels

make sense?

spokes look too thin

Let me guess, your thinking of the rounder spoke 17 inch c2 turbo wheels.
The wheel I posted from eBay looks exactly like the original 16 inch cup wheel pictured right below it. Only wider/bigger. You do know there was a 16 inch cup wheel, right?
The original 16, I always thought, was a good looking wheel, just too small.

Has anyone looked at fifteen53 001 wheels - While not Cups, I think they look pretty interesting as they are a take off on the older style wheels.

There are some 3-Piece Cup replicas out there stamped "Made in Japan" and the spokes are a little off, similar to these where they take a hard dive to the lip. I know some people on here have them, maybe they will chime in.

I suspect these were intended to look like 17" cups but ended up looking like the 16's.

EDIT: These... http://www.houseofstance.com/2015/07/porsche-cup/

Default Cup 1 value

I have a set of Cup 1’s, 7 x 17 and 8 x 17. The 8s are hollow spoke. All original, but need paint or at least touch up. Any idea what the set is worth??
