WTB: 964 C2 or C4 (Special Order Color or non-black/silver car)
Hello, 993 owner and looking to add a "well sorted" special order color or interesting standard color ( Amethyst, Ruby Stone, Violet Blue, Maritime Blue, etc) 964. Ideally, under 60k miles. C2 or C4. Must have back seats. Also will consider a Grand Prix White. Please msg me. Thanks,
Requirements:
Requirements:
- Located in the USA
- Coupe only (no cabs)
- C2 or C4
- Mileage: Ideally 60k under (but flexible)
- Ideally, a Special Order color (White C2/C4 considered if clean and "well sorted)"
- Original color repaint OK if documented (and not due to an accident)
- Budget: Willing to pay top dollar for the right 964
- Some aftermarket options OK as long as "reversible).

I think Rudy bought all non-black, white or silver cars known to the American man...and then one mint green, completely unwanted car, went to rob at singer.
So looks like a wrap over silver is in your future!
Lol.
Good luck w the search. Won't be easy, but the right car/right color will come along...

Importing a Japanese car is an option. However, these all need very thorough inspections and PPI's done. Rust is an issue in Japan, especially depending on what part of the island the car came from. I have imported a car from Japan and have many friends do the same. Although they all look clean, the car culture is a bit different from what we see here. Car owners will simply patch issues along the way, but often won't address the underlying problems.

If you are open to import, the Violet car is a very rare color (wish the interior was black) for sure. No good for us in CA due to smog regs but the color would draw a crowd. Not sure about the exchange rate but at $71k, you could do a lot better here.

The right car will come, but make sure to have cash at hand and be ready to pounce if it's advertised to the masses. Did you see the Amethyst that just sold on BAT. Seems like it was a good fit for your criteria.

Yes. I bid on the car. It eventually went for around 90k after fees. If I'm paying top dollar, I really need to inspect the car in person and setup a PPI.

How about a C4 wide body? Color would go nicely with your Iris Blue 993
