Default Need help identifying pistons and cylinders

I picked up a set of P&C's from a friend who sold his RSA. At one time he started collecting parts to do a 3.8L build but it never happened.

I am trying to figure out what they are so I can put a price on them. I am trying to help him sell these or determine if I want to buy them myself for a future project.

I didn't want to take them apart yet so for now I am hoping someone might recognize the dome shape.

These appear to be custom or customized. I m thinking the cylinders were originally 100mm and have been bored out to accommodate the 102mm pistons. The pistons are JE and they are marked 102mm. I have some measurements but can take more although when I look at pics of JE pistons in 3.8 102mm sizing both 11.3 and 11.5 CR they don't look anything like these. Anyone have experiences with these. I see that these do not have the boss and threads for the cylinder temp sensor the 993 cylinders have. I was wondering if there are any differences other than the temp sensor comparing the 964 to 993 cylinders?

Thx in advance.

So these are apparently 11.5 to one CR JE 102mm 3.8 that someone started to work on to balance out and the cylinders were reworked to 102mm. Could be good for some application at a huge savings over what new would cost.

I have no idea what they are worth or if anyone is interested. I can't make any guarantees but if interested PM me we can talk about it. Just looking to get something for my friend.
