Default Design 911 Fuch Replicas

Does anyone know anything about these Fuch Replicas from Design 911? $1318 for a set of four with the RSR finish seems too good to be true! If you have a set, would your recommend them? Thanks in advance for any insight.

Keen to see people's responses, I've been thinking of buying the black center ones. They both look good in the pictures.

I'd like to see the weights, but these are very promising. There have been decent early offset replica fuchs at this price point for years. Though for my wish list I'd like slightly better fitments: 7.5" ET45 front, and ET32 for the 9" rears are what I'm currently running.

If you were paying that price for real Fuchs it would be too good to be true. It's a pretty standard price for a set of cast Chinese wheels.

Agree...a real set would set you back about $2500..I emailed the company to inquire about how they were made and where they are manufactured. Interested to see what they come back with!

Me too, I go to the UK quite bit and was going to check them out in person. They are Asian made and the rep there says they have sold quite a few sets and no complaints. Which, is what he would say but they have other options he could push if he wanted to. Roads here are not so great and he indicated they can take a fair amount of abuse, for the money, if they look good in person, I will get them. They throw in the Porsche center caps as well all for about 800 quid delivered stateside. That is $1100 US.

I was curious and contacted them- 11 and 12kg (24.3 and 26.5lbs). Fuchsfelge run at 16.5 and 17.5lbs in 17x7/9”. That’s an enormous weight difference and would definitely be felt.

That’s a huge difference. When I was looking at Cup 1 OEM vs replicas, I was given weights in the wrong units. When I see that big of a difference it makes me think units are getting mixed up.
