Default Insurance valuation question

Curious what you would value this for for insurance purposes:
1989 C4 coupe
silver over black
Manual
50k miles
Exterior 8.5/10
Interior 9/10

Do you think you could replace that car for 50k (minus a deductible)? I don't think so.

Do an agreed value policy of at least $55k, but the difference to bump it up to $60k shouldn't be much. Better to err on the high side.
