Hello all,
I hope you are all well. Just picked up a 91 C4 and previous owner had Vinyl Wrap racing stickers and sponsors on the car. I enjoy the racing era but not use to it. Should I clean it up or leave it as is? Also looking to Upgrade the wheels to Cup. Thank you for your input.

Personally, I like it...but it is something which you are likely to tire of and as John said, you don't know what the vinyl is concealing. If it is a new to you car, I would strip it and have the bodywork inspected for hidden rust sooner rather than later. Unless you have already had a pre-purchase inspection in which case I would leave it and enjoy until you are ready for a change.

In looking at the car and reading your note it makes me think that the car is not fully wrapped. It appears to be WHITE with the vinyl being the orange and decals only. If this is the case I think I would consider removing the smaller race decals and cleaning the car up some leaving the major orange vinyl and see what you have. Might be an interesting look that you would enjoy.

Stock wheels + stock ride height + stock interior = stock paint.
