Default Tarret Rear Spring Plates - help with a low car?

I need to get under mine and take a look at the standard ones but my issue in having a lowered car is being able to dial out unwanted high camber figures. Just wondering if the orientation of the slots would help me get the camber back to more reasonable amounts? They do list it being useful for higher camber numbers - surely fitted in the opposite way it should work inversely?..

Thanks

I have these fitted to my 964. I'm running RS -20mm ride height. Fantatic upgrade. The camber adjustment is more precise and the spherical joints prevent unwanted movement through the bushing. The car is considerably quicker on the lap and works it's tyres a lot better

I would reccommmend as one of the best suspension upgrades for a 964

Sponsored by Tarret? Or just love them? Hehe...

My car is also somewhere below RS - 30/20mm. Do you know specifically if one can adjust out camber using the plate? I think the least i could get was late 2 degrees + ( can't remember without the spec sheet to hand) but want a more road biased amount of camber on the rear.

My car is lower than RS height and I have the tarret/erp spring plates and have my rear camber set to -2 degrees. Plenty of room for less camber

Thanks man!.. I'd say my car is around 5mm higher than yours - used to be lower but did;t workout..

And what camber are you running on the front? Any mods there for it or for bump steer?.

Thanks.

Oh, and great looking car :-)

Just my opinion but you will find there are more cons than pros to running lower than RS height other than looks. Especially if your not running GT2 EVO uprights.

I’m running -2.2 degrees of camber up front. No mods yet for bump steer. I plan to do the BBi uprights later this year. With that said I don’t find the bump steer to be that bad. Sure there is some, but not enough to bother me on spirited weekend drives.

Is there a special tool required to remove the old spring plates?

From memory there are 2 fitting options. One that gives up to -2 deg neg and one that gives up to -4. Mine has -3.5. The car does some track work and I like a sharp set up. In my exprerience the solid bushed spring plate is an essential upgrade. No more vaigueness as the car is rotating.
