Default jacking up car
Is it safe to jack the rear of the car up under the engine? I need to put the rear up on jack stands.

Yes, but make sure to place the jack in the beefy area of the engine cases where the drain plug is. I also used a "Hockey Puck" to soften the contact between jack and engine.

yeah I just did it with a block of wood right under the center. no problem.
