Considering a trade.
I wanted to get the forum's opinion. I currently have a couple of 964s, one of them being a tip cabby. The car is black with light grey interior and has 65,0000 miles on it. The car for which I was interested in trading is an '81 911 Sc. The car was originally ivory in color, but has since been repainted red. I already have a '79 Sc, and love it! I'm also thinking of the future value of a tip, even though I know these are not supposed to be purchased as investments, but more for the enjoyment of driving. Get the car you want. Tips are not desirable as far as I know. Dont care. I wanted a tip C2 coupe, found it and bought it. Paid too much to boot. Dont care. Got the car I want.
You love the 79 you will prob love the 81 as well. So get the car you want and enjoy it.
