Default Power steering rack is damp, should I be concerned?

I had my car up in the air for some work this weekend and noticed that my rack is a little damp. Is this fairly common or should I do something about it right away? If you look at the cover on the ground in the pic below, you'll notice that it's enough to leave a wet spot.
Fluid level is okay.

Your seals are leaking. Best to take care of it before it becomes a big issue.
You should be able to have the rack rebuilt.

Many, many years ago,I was scheduled to go the WGI for a DE event when during the tech inspection, we found a profound leak! Not having time to rebuild the rack, I got a bottle of LUCAS Power Steering Stop Leak and poured it in! It stopped the leak and I made the event.

....have not touched the rack since!!
