Thumbs up Engine Lid

Does anyone know if the engine lids for 964 and 993 are identical in dimnensions? Will 993 spoilers fit the 964 lid?

I'm almost certain this is a 'No' on both counts.

I have seen a 993 lid on a 964, not sure how straightforward it was to fit, though.

Thanks for the replies. I hate to sound like a heretic but I hate the looks
of the periscope 3rd brake light and rather switch to the 993 basket style. I have a Cab so the roof light is out.

I believe you can simply add the hoop/light. It might cost a few bucks at the body shop to make it look right but it seems doable. The folks at FVD-USA have such an item.
