Rev counter "calibration"
I change dial plates to my 964.
Tacho dial is Ruf style, so number one is east-west and 7 is straight up of dial.
After job I started car and needle shows about 200rpm too less.
But real problem is when I stop car, needle jumps to 6.
If I finger calibrate needle again to zero and also even take needle out and put it back half-circle different, it stops every time wrong place.
What I do wrong or is there any procedure for needle installation?
