Default Valve stem seals loose on exhaust

Nothing new but does anyone have solution??
All 4 seal on the exhaust guides had come lose and (I guess) moving up and down with the valve stem

Any particular glue or otherwise to hold them in place?
I am planning to use Porsche seal but I gather there are others

No trick. They shouldn't move. Perhaps your valve guides are worn? Pretty common on turbos to have excessive guide wear.

Default double lip seals

Are you suggesting the BMEP is too high for the seal and as the exhaust valve is opening the loose fit of the valve is causing the seal to be pushed of the interference fit on the guide. I believe the seal would leak first as it must have enough flex to allow some oil down the guide(just possible the leak rate may be too high)

As an aside all current TC engines have double lip seals to cope with high BMEPs

No, I am suggesting there is too much lateral movement of the valve stem due to worn guides. The seals could just be worn out, so pretty easy to just replace them and see if that fixes the problem, but if you have more than 100k miles I bet your seals will be out of factory spec for replacement.

Default More on stem seals

Guides and valve stems are within spec ,in fact very good
I cant believe how easy it is to "push on " the seals on these engines .I did a previously wonder the same thing on my NA head many years ago but they never came undone. The seals are well beyond their service life but never seen any engine where they have left the guide fixation and are moving freely with the valve stem

Probably installed incorrectly. Easy to damage the seals if they are just 'pounded' in place.
