Default Front Fender Liner

Can someone please tell me how to remove the left front inner fender well?

Is it a simple task or somewhat of a pain?

Thank you.

I look at it more like a sense of accomplishment when achieved. Type in images of the part and you'll have an idea of how it's mounted other than that yeah it's a pain.

Bump... still looking for some info about removal.

Reason: I have a very small ding in the left front fender and was trying to give access to it for my PDR guy.

Not sure what you guys are on about. Easy to remove once the wheel is off. ~10 screws/plastic nuts. Bulky, yes; hard, no.

Remove the wheel, and all the hardware is pretty visible. There are also some screws at the rear and very bottom that are probably caked in road grime. You may need to scrape the grime off to get a socket on them.

Just don't put your eyes directly underneath where you're working, as dirt is going to come out.

Installation requires patience: the outside lip must sit above and inside the fender lip.

Added bonus is you can clean out the mess sitting on the bottom rear flange on the fender.

Found a DIY article.

http://www.pelicanparts.com/techarti...er_Removal.htm

That article is for a Turbo, which I think has a few more pieces of hardware than non-turbo (rocker trim, airdam attachment is different). If you have a non-Turbo and are confused by some of the pictures, it may be because the car doesn't have them. But assuming you have a Turbo given you posted in the Turbo forum!

When reinstalling the plastic nuts, don't overtorque. Can rip the threads out very easily.
