Default MAF kit for 1988 994 Turbo S

Anyone know if they make the kit for the 1998 951-S?
I have not been able to find one. I can't even remember the name of the manufacturer???

This is looking like a sweet potential project.

www.vitesseracing.com

And John that runs Vitesse is a very good guy, email him and he could set you up with what you need, weather that me a MAF, or a Turbo upgrade, I have one of his kits and have been very pleased with it.....

Hmmmmm.............
A few years ago I owned an 86 944T/951 and I recall an easy bolt-on kit from a manufacturer in Arizona for about $1500 that added about 100HP.
There was a write-up in European Car about it.
I think Performance products carried the kit but I can't find it on their website and was wondering whether it would work on a turbo-S.

My memory sucks!

I just sold my 993 and am thinking about buying another 951 and tinkering/ modifying it hence the questions.

Why did you sell your 993? I have an 89' 944 Turbo that I would like to sell/trade for a 993 but the more I drive them, the less impressed I become with them. Unless its a turbo or C4S, I just don't seem to be as thrilled with the regular 993's as I am with my 27K, ultra-pristine 951S. I do like the look of the 993 better though. Any input is appreciated.

Gary,

Please don't keep your thoughts a secret...share them with us!! That's what the boards are for. Many of us dont have opportunities to drive all different types of cars and so I enjoy reading impressions of others regarding 911, Evos, WRX, Bimmers etc.
