fuel pressure good. Spark plugs, not fouled? Wires good? I got extra set of 55#s and stock injectors if you want to try them. Can you hear injector solenoid clicking when power applied? Stock chip or other chip?

Good fuel pressure. Didn't know what a fouled spark plug was until I googled it today. Will pull them. I can hear the injectors clicking when using a screwdriver to my ear and also a mechanics stethoscope. I checked resistance on the injectors last night with a multmeter and they are all 12.1, not one of them is different. Brandy new Vitesse maf, chipboard and injectors from John.

Hi there,

I have about the same issues. Did you keep the bypass of the Idle valve in your solution ?

Thanks,
Charles

The idle valve bypass was mainly for diagnosing. technically, a messed up idle valve shouldnt cause lean conditions as its still metered air, unless its leaking. some people bypass the valve because it leaks or doesnt work. my issue was the DME

Thanks for the info. I will do this anyway, it may help... Here is a video of my situation(video sent to John of Vitesse):

Vitesse MAF with MAP
80# Injectors(if I remember correctly, I lost my BOM)

I followed your suggestion on all the mods I made :
LR Super 61 Turbo
LR Stage 2 Intercooler
LR Fuel rail with Marren damper
LR Clubgate wastegate
O2 sensor is NOT wide band
Venturi delete
Cycling valve delete
TPS replaced and validated

Playing with the idle valve :

If anyone could help, would be very welcome !

Steering wheel from Pelican Parts, need's an adapter. CF header is from GT Racing : http://www.gt-racing.com/ But I guess I'm the only one with this in CF... They took 3 months to deliver and remake it about 5 times before final to deliver... It's not in the catalogue anymore...

Riouxc, smoke test or better yet pressure test your intake. It appears you have a vacuum leak.
Fuel pressure must be 3bar static (no vacuum to fpr when testing it).
MAP sensor should read around 1.6Vdc with ignition on.

Sorry to hijack this thread, but I've been searching for that info for a while, so thanks for posting it. So if the fuel pressure is 4 psi down at idle does that suggest a faulty FPR or could it be fuel pump related ?

Thanks, I will do a pressure test tonight using Van's technic :

Will also re calibrate the fuel pressure, 3bar being 43.5 PSI.

Thanks!

MAP voltage is 1.58V (good enough for the girls I go out with... )
Major leaks found with Van technic, more to come...I guess that with heat, some leaks appears... Will change old (31 year old) tubing... And crapy, to small intercooler tube...

Still no good results... I replaced all rubber boots and tubes that had leaks. Pressure test is OK and I also used a C-clip to squeeze tubes to find any issues there, none. Leaks are, as far as I can tell, out of the list. I started looking more on the KLR and DME wiring. Here is the connection test:

Both KLR and DME disconnected.

1) test KLR pins 9,16,24 (harness side). Tested on car ground.
All are infinity or very high ohms
DME connected
2) KLR pin 9 infinity, pin 16 14.5k, pin 24 infinity
KLR connected
3) pin 9 32.96k. Pin 16 6K, pin 24 102K.

Normally, pin 9 SHOULD be close to short (.5 ohms)(well, that's what I read...)
Pin 9 is for spark in...

Going deeper....
