Turbo S Spring ID?

Hello to all
After 144.000 miles and a wrong installation of the Koni suspension shocks I have to replace the suspension's strut mounting. Going with OEM option is out of the question ($1000 each)
I saw KLA have a decent price but I read that the quality of the bearings they use are not very good
I though going with Linsey Racing Camber plates and they ask for the spring inner diameter (ID): 2.25" or 2.5"
Which is the spring ID for the M030 spring?
Thank you

2.5 inch ...
Of course, you could measure it yourself... Measure the outer diameter with a caliper, then the thickness of the spring, and subtract 2 x thickness from the diameter.

Stock M030 Springs are about 4" ID on top, they use the stock top spring hat, same as non-M030 springs and same as the motorsport/cup springs. The aftermarket linear coil racing springs, like Eibach or Hypercoil are commonly 2.25" or 2.5" ID, but 2.25's don't fit over koni struts (will work with Bilstein and others), so the ones shown in the pic below are 2.5" compared to cup springs.
Lindsey supplies the top spring hats (for the aftermarket linear coils) with their camber plates, so that is why they are asking about spring diameter. But you are planning to reuse the existing stock/factory spring hats for the stock/M030 springs. So you should check with them to ensure their camber plates work/fit the stock spring hats.

Different animals. The late factory mounts do a great job of isolating nhv with minimum movement and they last 20+ years without any servicing. All the aftermarket ones increase nvh and need occasional servicing but they do eliminate movement. On a track car you are not concerned about nhv or occasional servicing. Zero movement and the ability to easily adjust camber is desired and those camber plates provide that.

That is a good point Mike
