Default Towing 951

Just to be safe I think I am supposed to have some kind of hook or eye bolt that is supposed to screw into the front grill? But I am not able to locate it in the car should it have been in a specific spot? I think it may have gotton lost by the previous owner. Where can I get one or have I not looked in the right spot? I hope I never need it but thought I would get one over the winter.

www.paragon-products.com has one for $13 I think. Screws into the front of the car where that little plastic square thingy is. I have to order one too.

Yeah, I keep seeing those. Buy two from Paragon, put 1 on Ebay... Free towing eye.

Cliff, no need for a towing eye. If the operator towing your 951 has the basics with his flatbed truck, he should be able to run some straps around the rear suspension trailing arms and pull your car onto the flatbed that way, with zero risk of damage to your car.

Regards.

Getting the towing eye is one of those things that I hope do not need to use. But for $13.00 it would be worth it just to have the tow truck hook onto it to pull the car on to the truck.
