Default Timing belt wants to hang a little over the edge.

After doing a full belts, water pump, & cam tower gasket, the timing belt now wants to hang off the edge a little bit. I can push it to the center, spin the crank a full rotation & its back to over hanging again. What can cause it to sit over like that? It sits properly on the water pump & tensioner.

Do you have the crank timing sprocket on the right way?

Had similar issue. In the end it was due to one of the timing belt rollers. Did put it on other way around (180 degrees) and the belt stayed in the middle again. Probably there was slight imprecision with its dimensions that caused it. Maybe also your new rollers cause this.
