Stone guards replaced
Well, finally took advantage of the weather and replaced my ageing stone guards. I used a basic heat gun, plastic spatula, 3m adhesive remover. Each one took about 20 minutes to remove. First I used the heat gun being careful not put it to close to the paint and with the plastic spatuala scraped all the old guard off. Then I used the 3m adhesive remover with a xlean cloth and soaked the area. With the plastic spatula I removed the remaining old guard. Thought it would of taken longer. Make sure to use the plastic spatula to avoid scratches. Reno
