Who put the 951 into the wall at Mission?
I was talking to a friend, who said that someone put a 944 Turbo into the end of the wall on the main straight at Riverside in Mission. Apparently it happened on Tuesday during a BMW club DE day. Wet track, questionable tire tread were reported to be the cause.
Does anyone know who's car it was? Another one bites the dust.

Yeah, I kinda guessed it wasn't you Lance. Apparently driver and instructor are okay, car is not. Heard from Rich lately?
I checked the BMW club website, they had an Advanced Driver's Training day there on Monday, so that must have been when it occurred. Apparently the driver lifted off the throttle in the chicane before Turn 1, car got sideways and went into the end of the wall. Track was wet and tires may not have been great(?) Expensive day at the track.

Thanks Peckster, glad you are happy with the parts.
Rich was supposed to be going to Seattle this weekend, I heard from him last week, I am sure if it was him he would have let me or Randy know.

Ian Manning, Randy Jang and I just got back from Seattle. I spun my car 360 right in between two cones, but no damage. I didn't even leave the track.
S2Nut's car is parked and I think Mike W. was doing something else. There's still a lot of other 944T's out here...

I got a ride around PRI in a 72 911S. Racing slicks and some other goodies. It felt like a fighter jet on rails. Simply awsome. If you can get into an older 911 for around $15,000 and dump some mods into brakes and susp and slicks - man you'll be embarassing a lot of newer cars.
